Here at Bull Family Dentistry, we understand that choosing the right dental office can be a difficult. To assist you, we have provided answers to some of our most commonly asked questions.   • Are you accepting new patients?

Absolutely! Contact a member of our friendly staff at (928) 348-9181 to
schedule an appointment. Emergency appointments are available daily. To save
time during your first visit, download and complete our New Patient form and
our Health History form before you arrive.

  • Do you accept payment plans?

Flexible financing is available through Citi Health Card. Several plans are offered
to meet your individual needs including interest free financing for 6, 12 or 18
months.

  • How do I pay for my visit/co-pay?

For your convenience, we accept checks, cash, debit, and credit cards (Visa,
MC, Amex, Discover).

  • What are your hours?

Dental appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00
AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Our helpful staff is available via phone to set appointments or answer
questions Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on
Saturday and Sunday. Bull Family Dentistry also closes in observance of New
Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and
Christmas Day.

  • With three doctors, can I see anyone I want?

Absolutely! You can see any doctor or hygienist you prefer. At your first visit,
you meet one of our dentists for an exam or in some cases treatment.
For future visits, we make every effort to schedule you with the same dentist.
Our goal is to help you find a dentist you feel comfortable with. If you have a
preference for one dentist (or Hygienist) over another, please let the front
office know as they assist you in scheduling your visits.


  • I’m terrified of the dentist, can you help?

At Bull Family Dentistry we are proud to offer Oral Sedation Dentistry, the most
common technique used in the United States and Canada to quell patient
fears. With specialized training, the dentist administers medications to create
such a comfortable experience that most patients do not remember the visit;
it is as if they slept through the treatment. In reality, oral sedation dentistry
maintains a level of consciousness in the patient for safety and cooperation.

  • It’s been years since I’ve been to the dentist, what should I do first?

As long as nothing in your mouth is causing you discomfort, contact our office
at (928) 348-9181 to schedule an initial cleaning and examination with one of
our professional Dental Hygienists. Normally, at this first visit,digital x-rays will be
taken, a complete examination of your teeth and oral tissues will be preformed
and your teeth will be thoroughly cleaned. Your dental health concerns will be discussed and a plan to bring you to optimal dental health created.
If you are experiencing dental pain, we have emergency appointments
available daily. Contact our office to see one of our dentists right away.

  • At what age should I bring my child in for their first a dental appointment?

Here at Bull Family Dentistry, we recommend bringing your child in for their first
visit by age two.

  • Is my dental insurance accepted?

At Bull Family Dentistry, we accept all PPO dental plans. We are preferred
providers for Delta Dental, Mercy Care, and University Physicians Health Care.
We cannot accept DMO (managed care) plans. If you are unsure which type
of insurance plan you have, please contact your employer's HR representative
or our office to research your benefits.


  • What if I don’t have insurance?

No problem. We offer a courtesy discount to all cash patients based on the
treatment needed. Additionally, interest free financing is available through Citi
Health Card.
